Before founding Summer Breeze Pool Services, Billy worked for 20 years as a residential pool construction manager, overseeing custom builds from the very first shovel in the ground to the final water fill. He mastered every phase of the process: custom design, HOA approvals, permitting, engineering, contractor coordination, and rigorous quality control. That hands-on experience gave him something no classroom can teach — the ability to see a project through the eyes of both a builder and a homeowner.
